Last updated: 2026-09-30. These terms govern your use of VELIN at 72agi.com (the “Service”). By creating an account, buying credits or calling the API you agree to them.
VELIN is an independent pay-per-image AI image generation service operated by VELIN (“we”, “us”). Contact: [email protected]. VELIN is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google, OpenAI or any model creator. We provide access to third-party image models through our own interface and API; those models remain the property of their owners.
VELIN sells prepaid image credits. You spend credits per generated image through our web studio or our REST API (see API docs). Current per-image prices are listed on the pricing page. We supply the models through stable bulk supply arrangements; we do not guarantee that any particular model will remain available, and we may add, change or retire models.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Keep your API key secret: it works like a password and you are responsible for everything done with it. One person or organisation per account; do not share or resell accounts. You must give a valid e-mail address.
Credits are a prepaid balance that can only be used for generations on VELIN. Credits have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, and are not a deposit or e-money. Our internal balance unit is CNY-denominated (see the pricing page); where card packs are offered, they are credited at a fixed conversion shown at checkout.
Where card payment is offered, it is processed by Creem.io (Armitage Labs OÜ), our Merchant of Record. When you pay by card, Creem is the seller of record for the transaction, collects the payment, calculates and remits applicable sales tax / VAT, and issues your receipt. By paying you also accept Creem’s Buyer Terms. Your card statement will show a descriptor beginning with CREEM.IO. We also accept USDT on selected networks; those payments are handled by us directly.
Prices exclude tax unless stated. We may change prices for future purchases; credits you already hold are not repriced.
You are charged only when an image is successfully generated. If a generation fails, no credits are deducted. Top-ups are otherwise non-refundable once credited, except where required by applicable law or card-network rules, or where we agree otherwise in writing. Full details: Refund Policy.
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Sexually explicit, pornographic or sexually suggestive content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual imagery, face-swap and deepfake content, and any illegal or harmful content are strictly prohibited. Prompts and outputs may be screened automatically or reviewed by us; requests that violate this policy are rejected and may lead to suspension. Attempts to bypass screening are a material breach.
You keep the rights you have in your prompts and reference images, and, as between you and us, in the images generated for you, subject to the terms of the underlying models and applicable law. You grant us the limited licence needed to process your inputs and deliver outputs. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload and for how you use outputs.
Prompts and generated images are deleted 10 hours after generation. Reference images are deleted as soon as the job ends. If you explicitly choose to keep an image (the “keep” action), that image and its prompt are stored until you delete them. Billing records (amounts and timestamps, without prompt text) are retained for accounting and fraud prevention. See the Privacy Policy.
Default limits apply per account (for example 100 single-image generations per minute; up to 14 reference images of 8 MB each). Generation time varies (typically 45–100 seconds). The Service is provided “as is”; we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, create payment-fraud or chargeback risk, or put the Service or our payment partners at risk. If a card payment is disputed or charged back, the credits bought with it are removed and the account may be restricted from further card purchases. You may stop using the Service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
