Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 2026-09-30. VELIN is a general-purpose image generation service for creative, product, marketing, game, education and developer workflows. Use it lawfully and respectfully.

Not allowed

• NSFW content: nudity, pornography, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive imagery, erotica, fetish content. This applies to prompts, reference images and outputs, and to any request that tries to obtain such content indirectly.
• Any sexual content involving minors, or sexualised depictions of people who appear to be minors. Zero tolerance; we report to the authorities where required.
• Face-swap, deepfake and face-manipulation: realistic depictions of real people doing things they did not do, impersonation, or altering a real person’s face or body without their consent.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, hate, extreme violence or gore, self-harm promotion, terrorism or extremist propaganda.
• Fraud and deception: forged IDs or documents, fake reviews or testimonials, scams, misleading political content.
• Content that infringes intellectual property, trademarks or privacy rights, or that is otherwise illegal where you live.
• Abuse of the Service: attempting to bypass prompt screening or limits, reselling access without agreement, automated account creation, payment fraud or card testing.

How we enforce it

We may screen prompts and outputs automatically or review them manually. Requests that violate this policy are rejected and are not charged. We may review reported content, remove it, suspend or terminate accounts, remove credits obtained through prohibited use, and report unlawful activity.
