Credits are deducted only after an image has been generated successfully. If a task ends as failed, nothing is deducted. If a charge is ever recorded for a task that failed, it is reversed automatically; if you still see a discrepancy, contact us with the task ID and we will correct your balance.
Credits are a prepaid balance for use on VELIN. Once credited, top-ups are non-refundable, and unused credits cannot be converted back to cash, except:

Where card payment is offered, card purchases are sold by Creem.io as Merchant of Record and are also subject to Creem’s Buyer Terms. Any refund that is approved is issued to the original payment method by Creem and the matching credits are removed from your balance; if those credits have already been spent, the refund may be reduced accordingly.
