Privacy Policy

To provide and bill for the Service, to screen prompts for prohibited content, to prevent fraud and abuse, to provide support and to meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal data. We do not use your prompts or images to train models.

Prompts and reference images are sent to the third-party image-model providers that fulfil your request, and only for that purpose. Payment data is handled by Creem.io as Merchant of Record (see Creem’s Privacy Notice). Google provides sign-in. Our hosting and CDN providers process data on our behalf. We may disclose data where required by law or to prevent fraud.

6. International transfers

The Service is operated from outside your country and data may be processed in several countries. We rely on the safeguards offered by our providers.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or object to certain processing. E-mail [email protected]; we will respond within 30 days. To delete your account and stored images, write to the same address from the e-mail on the account.

8. Children

The Service is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Cookies

We use one strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
